Meeting Schedule

We want to keep our members informed regarding when our meetings are held well in advance to avoid any confusion and excuses. The Executive Board agreed that a set meeting schedule was necessary, so members can make arrangements to attend. Therefore, trying to maximize membership attendance in order for more members to get involved the following schedule will apply. This does not preclude the President from changing said meetings under extenuating circumstances.

According to our by-laws under Article 7 Meetings and Chain of Command: #2 Organizations Meetings: The General Membership meets only 3 times a year that's once overy 4 months. The meeting will be held on the 3rd or 4th Thursday of that month. January, May and September.

The months in gold indicate when the general meetings are held & coincides with our E-Board meetings. On those months we ask all E-Board members to attend 1 hour before the regular meeting is scheduled to start. It is crucial that all E-Board members are on time in order for the e-Board to conduct & finish their business before the members start coming in for the regular general meeting.
